Lead Abatement

Coleman Trucking Inc. has been performing Lead Abatement over the past seven years.  We remove the lead from baseboards, ceilings, walls, doorframes, stairways, and windowsills.  The following is a list of major projects completed: 

1.      CMHA's Springbrook Wade Park – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI performed lead abatement on 32 floors.  This included 471 units and 90 balconies with handrails.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Ozanne Construction Co. 

2.      CMHA's Morris Black Apartments – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI performed lead abatement in 6- three story buildings.  The lead removal consisted of: walls, paint and plaster, ceilings, windows, doorframes, and stairs.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Adams Construction Co. 

3.      CMHA's Woodhill Homes – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI performed lead abatement on 4500 windows at the Woodhill Homes project.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Ozanne Construction Co. 

4.      NASA Drop Tower – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI removed lead based paint from the NASA Drop Tower, to make way for new renovation.  This project was a prime contract with NASA.  

5.      The Middough Building – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI performed lead abatement on windows and walls of the second floor of The Middough building.  This project was for Ordeal Properties in Downtown Cleveland.
