Coleman Trucking, Inc.

Coleman Trucking Inc. has completed  numerous strip-out projects where walls, ceilings, floors, and windows were removed and disposed of.  The following is a list of major projects completed: 

1.      Vanguard Project – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI completed the strip-out for the renovation of twenty-seven buildings under the Vanguard Project.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Associated Estates. 

2.      Shaw High School – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI completed the strip-out of the old Shaw High School building, from the third floor to the basement.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Ozanne Construction Co.    

3.      University of Akron’s Bulger Hall – Akron, Ohio

CTI completed the strip-out of the walls at the Bulger Hall building which consisted of 15 floors of interior demolition to make way for new renovations.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Ozanne Construction Co.  

              4.  CMHA’s Addison Apartments – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI completed the strip-out of 16 floors of the Addison Apartments  CMHA project.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Adam Construction. 

5.      CMHA’s Riverside Estates – Cleveland, Ohio

CTI provided demo of the walls and ceilings at the Riverside Estates Project throughout 24 buildings which included 624 suites, to make way for new renovation.  This contract was held under sub-contract to Adam Construction.
